What personal data do we collect?
We collect and process only the data necessary to allow us to provide our services to you. The following data is collected when you browse or shop at www.willowandstag.com .
a) We process the personal data necessary to complete your order, including your name, delivery and billing address, payment details, contact phone numbers and email address. Your email address is collected so we can send out confirmation of your order to you. Whilst your telephone number is necessary to contact you should there be any issues with your order.
b) We collect your email address when you sign up to receive the Willow and Stag Newsletter. This information is stored with our newsletter platform provider Mailchimp.
c) If you register for a Willow and Stag account, we collect your name, email address, password, country and additional information on your marketing preferences.
d) When you contact us, we may collect additional data to help us resolve your query.
e) We collect and process data about your browsing on www.willowandstag.com, including pages visited and your interaction on these pages.
f) If you are purchasing an item on behalf of another person, such as a gift, we will only process that information necessary to fulfill order processing and delivery to that person- such as their name and address.
